Better call Paul. I recently found myself operating as a trustee for a family member who became unexpectedly disabled. This person's condo was held in a trust, and I had to operate as co-trustee with another family member who lived on the other side of the county. Neither of us was local to the property. And neither of us had ever operated as trustee on a real estate transaction.
